NuBodia offers the latest in wellness, weight loss and nutritional therapies. By combining the science of bloodwork with the power and efficacy of body contouring, customized plans, and education from our certified health coach, NuBodia is the only biologically tailored wellness and weight loss center of its kind- a truly unique practice in the Lowcountry.

NuBodia offers two convenient locations: Hilton Head and Bluffton, South Carolina.

Dr. Ravina Balchandani


Dr. Ravina Balchandani is an interventional cardiologist specializing in disease prevention. She graduated from Gandhi Medical School in 1987 and completed her medical residency, cardiology residency, and interventional cardiology residency at Maimonides Medical Center in New York City. Later, she practiced at Stony Brook University Medical Center, after which she re-located to the sunnier Hilton Head Island here in South Carolina.

While Dr. Balchandani does find great enjoyment in the challenges of interventional practice, her primarily philosophy is that prevention is more important than the cure. This is the focus she used when building her own practice, Heart Associate of Hilton Head, LLC. and now NuBodia, LLC.


Kerri Dodson, MCHC, CNT, Master Trainer, Fitness Instructor


Kerri Dodson is a Certified Master Health, Wellness and Nutrition Coach, Certified Nutrition Therapist and a Candidate for Board Certification as a Master Nutrition Therapist whose focus is helping those who are dealing with age related weight gain, high cholesterol, fatigue, high A1C, dementia or who are just looking for better overall health. Kerri also specializes in reversing autoimmunity with whole food nutrition. As a Master Health & Wellness Coach and Nutrition Therapist, Kerri Dodson also provides detailed personalized nutritional/food analysis, lab analysis including food allergy testing, menu planning, and recipes. Individual coaching and nutrition take a holistic, whole food approach to fighting disease and overall wellness.
